Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times are separate from the estimated shipping times you see will at checkout.

Shipping and processing may experience potential delays if there are a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of my control.

How will my order be shipped?

Free shipping is available for sticker-only orders! *Please note that free sticker shipping is done through USPS first-class mail, and cannot come with a tracking number.* If your order includes stickers and other products, the stickers will be shipped with the rest of the order.

Art prints are usually shipped in rigid flat mailers. Bulkier items, such as pins, are shipped in cushioned mailers or boxes, depending on the size of the order. Orders including multiple items will be packaged and shipped together.

US Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (unless it is a sticker-only order with free shipping). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hundredlily@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We hold no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have passed into the hands of postal services.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hundredlily@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
